ACORN HOUSE

 A Grade 2 listed building, Acorn House is believed to date back to the early 1700's and has been extended over the years to provide a flexible family home within walking distance of Tetbury town centre.

Sleeping eight guests, Acorn house has four bedrooms with three bathrooms, a large sitting room with stone fireplace, log burner and mirror TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with log burner.

It also has a private stone-walled garden and ample private parking.

 Arrival & Departure

Check in is from 3pm on day of arrival at the pub reception desk. The pub is open from 11am each day so should you arrive early your bags can be held in reception until your room is available, and if it is available then by all means you are welcome to check in early.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure. Should you require a later check out time at 1pm then an additional £25 will apply.

Cancellation Policy

In the event, you need to cancel your booking we request that you kindly give us at least five working days’ notice to ensure a full refund of your deposit.

During peak periods, such as Christmas, high summer season, bank holiday weekends or local festivals and events then we require up to 10 working day’s cancellation notice and any circumstances that apply to your booking can be discussed in advance.

Parking

Acorn House has generous parking space for five cars within the property, behind secure gates. There is also additional parking in The Royal Oak residents and patrons' car park, directly behind the pub.

Accessibility

We regret that Acorn House is not wheelchair accessible.

Getting Here

By Car
Going through some beautiful cotswold scenery from all directions, we are accessible just off the A4333 running through Tetbury, or via the B4014 or A4135.

By Train
The nearest train station is Kemble, approximately a 20 minute taxi ride away. We recommend booking in advance with: Express Taxis on 07858 450098, or Cirencester Taxi 247 on 07735 602648.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome to stay in Acorn House at no extra charge, as long as they stay in the kitchen and dining rooms only. A ‘soiling charge’ applies if they make a mess. The pub itself is dog-friendly downstairs, and there is a small copse and a lovely walk starting right by the pub.
